We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Footwear must be returned in the original box
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return
- Log into your account and go to your order history
- Select the order you wish to return
- Print your prepaid return label
- Package your items securely with all original packaging
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@everydrops.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
