Shipping & Delivery

Orders & Payment

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We offer returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of delivery, for unworn items in original condition with tags and packaging intact. See our full Refund Policy.
How do I start a return? Email support@everydrops.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send return instructions. Return shipping is [customer-paid / on us — fill per reality] unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Authenticity
Are your products authentic? Yes. Everydrops is an authorized multi-brand retailer operated by POTLI GROUP (HONGKONG) LIMITED. Every item is sourced from the brands we carry or their authorized distributors — never grey market. Read our Authenticity Guarantee.
Can I verify a brand's authorization? Yes. Authorized dealer certificates and commercial invoices are kept on file and can be presented upon request. Email support@everydrops.com and our team will gladly share the relevant documentation.
