How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at orders@everydrops.com and we'll do our best to assist.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300. For orders under $300, standard shipping is $15. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for US orders, 7-12 days for Europe, and 5-10 days for Asia Pacific. Express shipping delivers in 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

How do I start a return?

Log into your account, go to your order history, and select the order you wish to return. Print your prepaid return label and drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
